Can a Spanish ex-husband of a Cuban buy land or a house legal in Cuba.? My intention is to settle in Cuba forever living in my retirement.
Is it possible and legal to buy me and put the property on behalf of a Cuban citizen so that through a legal document stating that the property is mine.?
To the first question, if you are not citizen or foreigner with a residence permit in Cuba can not buy any house even if you had been married to a Cuban, then resident in Cuba only has that right.
To the second question, there is no legal document that can protect the house was bought by a foreigner even when the name of a Cuban, this can only be executed when basis of any healthy relationship between a foreigner and a Cuban, but before a notary public can not legalize the act for at any given time, an incident to occur among these people, the alien can claim paid housing, all because it is not given the right to acquire any foreign houses in Cuba when it has residence in the country.
